On My Heart

Has God ever put something on your heart that you felt so strongly about? Well, I currently have something that is on my heart that I feel God is telling me to do and that it will make my relationship with him even better than it already is. I can't share what this is because I am still praying about it, as is Chris. It just amazes me how God works in our lives, I am so thankful for him and I am thankful that he is always there for me. I know that whatever the answer to the prayer is will be the right one for our family! God is so good and I can't wait to find out what is in store for our family!

Good Morning, Copenhagen!

I'm in Copenhagen, Denmark! I'm here for work as of yesterday; I'll be coming home on Friday. It's a place where the sun doesn't go down until 11:15 and then it comes back up at 4:30. A place where they eat spiced meat that's a week old (and as far as I know, unrefrigerated) without thinking twice. Breakfast was good, but I think that's because we're at an American hotel. This isn't our first hotel here. The first one was... interesting. We got out of there quick.

Well, I don't have much more time to do a "real" post, but wanted to at least throw something up here. More later!

K's First Taste of Rice Cereal


Last night K had her first taste of rice cereal! She did very well and didn't make a big mess at all! I guess we will see how day 2 of rice cereal goes!

Fourth Anniversary Details

Wow, how appropriate, my previous post is the 400th post on the site! I put that arrangement together over the last couple of weeks and I've had it printed at 11x14 to mount in a shadow box. I was hoping to keep it a secret until today, but I got too excited and spilled the beans to Casey last night and she got to explore it on the computer a bit. She seemed to really like it. It's supposed to be ready today! I'm home today because Casey has a migraine. It's unfortunate she has to feel so bad on a day like today. She should feel better in time for our plans this evening -- usually her migraines go away by the afternoon if she gets the chance to sleep.
