New word and now hiring

Madison starting saying a new word today (hey, second day in a row!). Her new word is "uh oh". She says it with the correct intonation and everything. :-) At work we are now hiring for a "network specialist". Once we get that position filled, my team will have grown by 1/3 (that just goes to show you how small my team is! If you know any IT people that are looking for a job, be sure to point them our way.
